CorePower Yoga, LLC in New York City seeks a Studio Manager to lead operations, coach the classroom experience, and deliver a premium in‑studio yoga experience for the community. You will train and supervise a team of teachers and staff, ensuring brand standards and a high‑quality guest experience.

You will drive membership and revenue, partner with the district team on growth, and manage scheduling, events, and studio profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive membership and revenue targets.
• Works well cross‑functionally with diverse personalities and teams.

Responsabilités

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own studio day‑to‑day operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Partner with local sales to generate membership leads and achieve studio goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff to meet class count targets.
• Meet targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, and retention.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and studio experience team for excellent service.
• Maintain growth of the studio, including post‑opening profitability and culture.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week in‑studio with on‑call and weekend availability.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week across formats.
