CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach a team of teachers, and deliver a premium in‑studio experience. You will partner with the District Manager to hit membership and revenue targets while upholding CorePower’s values.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in studio leadership, 200HR certification preferred, and the ability to recruit, train, and retain a strong team. Expect a full‑time schedule with weekend work and ongoing community growth.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting key performance metrics.

Mansioni

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all studio day‑to‑day operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff to meet class count goals.
• Meet and exceed targets related to membership, training revenue, class count and attendance.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to ensure excellent studio and class experiences.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, including at least one weekend day; be on‑call as needed.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week across formats to support studio success.
