CorePower Yoga, LLC seeks a Studio Manager to lead studio operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience that embodies our Core Values. You will recruit and train staff, drive membership growth, and collaborate with the district team to achieve sustained studio growth.

You will manage scheduling, events, and compliance while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive environment for students and staff alike.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience; 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growing community and KPIs.
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and roles.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; multitasking ability.

Responsabilidades

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own day-to-day studio operations including leading teaching team and coordinators.
• Lead membership growth with local sales to hit studio goals and openings.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff per class-count goals.
• Meet targets for membership revenue, class count, attendance, and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and studio experience team leaders.
• Support revenue, profitability, and cultural growth across the studio.
• Commit to 40+ hours weekly, including weekends; on-call as needed.
