Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience. You will build and manage a team of teachers and support staff, driving a culture rooted in CorePower values and community.

You will partner with leadership to meet studio goals, recruit and train staff, and ensure consistent class quality and member satisfaction across formats while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive space.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growing community and hitting KPIs (membership, training revenue, class count).
• Works well cross-functionally with diverse personalities and levels of seniority.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all day-to-day studio operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Lead local sales efforts to generate membership leads and achieve membership goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, and retention (NPS).
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team for excellent studio/class experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and maintain revenue, profitability, and culture.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, including one weekend day, with possible on-call shifts.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats.
• Enforce CorePower policies and collaborate with staff to align with company values.
• Work with analytics to design the best schedule based on attendance and student preferences.
