Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience. You will recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team while driving membership growth and class attendance to meet targets.

You will collaborate with local leadership to sustain revenue, ensure safety, and uphold CorePower's values. This role requires 40+ hours weekly, including weekends, with flexibility for peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in studio manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience preferred; 200HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and teaching team leadership.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding and training of teachers and staff.
• Meet and exceed membership, class count and retention targets.
• Partner with sales to generate membership leads and new studio openings.
• Ensure policy compliance and uphold CorePower Yoga standards.
