Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead in Florida to drive member experience and revenue. You will greet clients, support instructors, and manage front desk and daily studio operations with a hospitality mindset.

You'll build relationships, promote memberships, follow up with leads, and ensure a five-star first-visit experience. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced boutique fitness brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Retention: Build genuine relationships with prospective and current clients; convert inquiries into memberships; follow up with leads and prospective members.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Experiences: Greet and check-in clients; answer questions and provide solutions; deliver a five-star first-visit experience.
• Support Positive Studio Team Culture: Assist management with schedule updates and announcements; help cover shifts when needed.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Manage front desk, process sales and class packages, and maintain client records in booking/CRM systems.
