Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales and retention while delivering exceptional client experiences in a fast-paced boutique fitness setting. You will nurture relationships, convert inquiries to memberships, and support daily operations with a team-first mindset.

You will greet clients, resolve questions, and ensure a five-star first-visit experience. This role requires flexibility with mornings/evenings/weekends, plus a passion for health and community.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending services or products to clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Customer service or front desk experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and suggest memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to drive growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized studio experience and keep members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients.
• Collaborate with GM and team to meet membership and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in booking/CRM systems.
• Open/close duties and ensure policy adherence.
