Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, retain members, and ensure a premier client experience within a fast-paced studio environment. You will oversee front-desk operations, support instructors, and help grow our community by guiding clients to memberships and packages that meet their goals.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, and collaboration with the General Manager to achieve membership, utilization, and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Experience driving sales and retention is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Comfort with using studio management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to assess goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Clearly convey the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events that generate leads and growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized client experience and maintain engagement.
• Monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Collaborate with GM and team to hit membership and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
