Job summary

JETSET Pilates is looking for a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will build relationships with clients, guide them toward memberships, and ensure a five-star welcome and ongoing engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and comfort learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships/packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and events to grow membership.
• Create a welcoming, personalized studio experience.
• Monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Collaborate with GM to hit membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness; answer phones and emails.
• Process sales and class packages; keep client records in CRM.
