JETSET Pilates in Florida seeks a Studio Lead to manage front desk operations, assist instructors, and deliver a welcoming boutique fitness experience. You will answer phones, respond to emails, process sales, and maintain a clean lobby while promoting memberships and class packages.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, enrolling new members, handling retail transactions, and staying up-to-date on pricing and policies to provide accurate information. Weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to greet and check-in clients professionally.
• Experience selling memberships and class packages.
• Comfort with retail transactions and cash handling.
• Familiarity with AXLE CRM or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver boutique fitness experiences to clients.
• Provide top-tier customer service upon arrival.
• Greet and check-in clients; thank them on exit.
• Recruit and retain clients; address questions and concerns.
• Sell memberships and class packages in-person or by phone.
• Utilize AXLE CRM for sales and client management.
• Keep studio clean and organized; assist opening/closing.
• Process retail sales and restock inventory.
