JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support daily studio operations. In this role, you will build relationships with prospective and current clients, guide them toward memberships, and help foster a welcoming community that reflects the brand.

You will partner with management to hit membership and revenue goals while maintaining accurate records and delivering five-star service across front desk, scheduling, and class experiences.

Formación

• Experience in sales or front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to build relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Comfort with technology and learning new systems is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and check in with a warm, professional approach.
• Explain services and memberships to convert inquiries into purchases.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to drive growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
• Ensure front desk and studio areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
