Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, greeting clients and driving memberships while supporting instructors and daily operations. You will build relationships, communicate value, and convert inquiries into memberships, ensuring a welcoming, high-energy experience.

You will follow up with leads, help implement promotions, and maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems, contributing to member retention and studio success.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and guide clients to memberships.
• Prior front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate value of JETSET and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions and events to generate leads and drive growth.
• Create a welcoming client experience and maintain records in systems.
