Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio—driving Sales, supporting instructors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You’ll greet clients, nurture relationships, and guide members toward the right memberships.

In a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, you’ll manage front desk tasks, coordinate promotions, monitor member engagement, and collaborate with the General Manager to hit retention and revenue goals. Training and growth opportunities are available.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Prior customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person conversations.
• Support promotions and events that drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized studio experience and keep members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and re-engage at-risk clients.
• Partner with the GM to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Greet clients and check-in in a warm, professional manner.
• Resolve questions and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
• Deliver a five-star first-visit experience for new clients.
• Assist management with schedule updates and studio announcements.
• Cover shifts when teammates are unavailable.
• Manage front desk, lobby, and studio cleanliness.
• Process sales, memberships, and class packages accurately.
• Maintain client records in booking/CRM systems.
