Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, driving sales and retention while supporting instructors and daily operations. You will create a welcoming, high-energy environment that fosters community and helps clients choose memberships and packages that fit their goals.

You’ll greet clients, articulate the benefits of the JETSET experience, and keep front-desk tasks and client records organized, accurate, and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives to grow memberships.
