Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, driving memberships, supporting instructors, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will cultivate exceptional client experiences, lead front-desk activities, and partner with management to hit membership, retention, and revenue goals while maintaining a welcoming, polished studio environment.

In this role you’ll manage front desk, answer inquiries, process sales, and help grow a vibrant community through membership

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or front-desk roles in fitness or service industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Passion for health and wellness and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
• Greet clients warmly and deliver a five-star first-visit experience.
• Assist management with schedule updates and studio communications.
• Help cover shifts and maintain front-desk operations.
