Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a proactive Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio—driving sales, retaining members, and supporting instructors while keeping daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced boutique setting.

You’ll build genuine client relationships, communicate the value of the JETSET experience, convert inquiries into memberships, and manage front-desk duties to create a welcoming, five-star first impression.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Confidently communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events to generate leads and growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected to the studio.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients to prevent disengagement.
• Collaborate with GM and studio team to hit membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
