Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of our studio, driving member engagement, supporting instructors, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will build genuine relationships with clients, guide them toward memberships, and partner with leadership to hit sales and retention goals.

Deliver a five-star first-visit experience, manage front desk tasks, and ensure accurate client records. This role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or front-desk roles within fitness or hospitality.
• Ability to communicate value of memberships and packages clearly.
• Strong customer service skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions, events, and community activities to grow membership.
• Provide a welcoming experience and monitor member engagement to reduce churn.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve sales and revenue goals.
• Keep accurate client notes in studio systems and manage front desk duties.
