Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment to drive sales and member retention. You will manage front desk operations, greet clients, and guide prospects toward memberships while supporting instructors and studio initiatives.

As a Studio Lead, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, maintain accurate records in our CRM and booking systems, and help grow the JETSET community through promotions and events.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to understand client goals and suggest appropriate memberships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort using scheduling and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to assess goals and recommend memberships.
• Convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships; communicate value of JETSET experience.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives and promote events to drive membership growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
