As a Studio Lead, you will drive sales and retention, greet clients, support instructors, manage front desk, and ensure a five-star first-visit experience, all while helping the community grow and stay connected to the studio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Convey the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive growth.
• Create a welcoming experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
