Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, delivering a five-star client experience while supporting instructors and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

In this fast-paced role, you will drive sales and retention, greet clients, manage front desk, bookings, and memberships, and collaborate with the General Manager to hit membership and revenue goals. You’ll monitor member engagement, follow up on inquiries, and contribute to events that grow the community.

Qualifications

• Experience recommending specific services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and community events that generate leads and drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged and connected.
• Monitor member activity and proactively reach out to at-risk clients.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Greet and check-in clients, answer questions, and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
• Deliver a five-star first-visit experience and orient new clients to the studio and class experience.
