JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to be the heartbeat of the studio, blending hospitality with sales expertise to grow memberships and support instructors. You will connect with clients, guide them toward the right memberships, and ensure a top-tier first impression.

In this fast-paced role you’ll manage front desk duties, assist with promotions and events, maintain clean spaces, and help the team deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front desk roles with a sales component.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with clients.
• Desire to help clients find solutions and achieve membership goals.
• Comfort using studio tech and booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and current clients to recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions, events, and community outreach to drive membership growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in booking and CRM systems.
