Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and support day-to-day studio operations. You’ll connect with clients, guide them toward memberships, and collaborate with the GM to meet growth targets.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, solving problems, supporting instructors, and keeping systems up to date. A fast-paced, welcoming environment awaits with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Convert inquiries and studio visits into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support studio sales initiatives, promotions, and events.
• Manage front desk, bookings, and client inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and booking systems.
