Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, support instructors, and maintain daily operations in a fast-paced boutique fitness studio. You will build relationships, convert inquiries to memberships, and ensure a five-star client experience from first contact to ongoing engagement.

As a Studio Lead, you will also manage front desk duties, coordinate with the General Manager, and help execute promotions and events that grow memberships and retention, while maintaining accurate client

Qualifications

• Experience recommending services or products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships or packages.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to drive membership growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized experience that keeps members engaged.
