You will welcome guests, drive membership and package sales, manage rebooking, and keep the studio spotless and guest-ready. You’ll handle calls, emails, and texts with professionalism, upsell retail products where appropriate, and track your personal sales metrics to improve close rates.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience.
• Genuine passion for people and hospitality.
• Confidence in sales conversations with commission-based earning.
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects to members.
• Warm, professional presence with hospitality-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy, making them feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to Glowbar’s experience.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Handle all client communication via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain a spotless, organized studio from front desk to back of house.
