Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong client service skills and ability to meet sales targets.
• Warm, professional presence with hospitality-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients warmly, drive membership and package sales.
• Close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into members.
• Manage bookings, rebooking, waitlist, and studio cleanliness.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text professionally.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions.
