Job summary

Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide to greet clients, drive memberships, and keep the front desk running smoothly. You’ll be the first face guests see, the voice on the phone, and the driver of an exceptional Glowbar experience.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll close sales, schedule follow-ups, manage the waitlist, and share skincare recommendations while keeping the studio spotless and welcoming. Weekend availability is required for full-time candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales with proven client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and commission‑based earning with a drive to meet targets.
• Ability to close sales and convert prospects into recurring members.
• Warm, professional presence and hospitality‑first mindset.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Full‑Time: 5‑day open availability; Part‑Time: 3‑day open availability; Weekend Only: Sat & Sun.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales and meet revenue targets.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist for retention.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions.
• Track and report personal sales performance and metrics.
• Keep the studio spotless and client-ready.
• Share observations with management to improve experience.
