Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to lead the studio's fitness coaching, sales performance, and daily operations. You will drive membership growth, manage the coaching team, and uphold safety and brand standards in every class.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager and shape a high-energy, member-focused culture while developing staff, scheduling, and revenue strategies across all studio functions.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy classes in alignment with brand standards.
• Drive membership growth through intro experiences and the sales process.
• Own studio revenue performance including memberships and retail.
• Oversee studio operations, scheduling, and budgets.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop staff to maintain staffing levels.
