Job summary

Camarillo Fitness Management Holdings LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee fitness and sales functions across CamFit studios. You will lead coaching teams, drive membership growth, manage operations, and foster a culture that staff and members love.

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will own revenue performance, lead a high-energy team, and ensure top-tier class delivery and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead the full coaching team to deliver high-energy OTF classes.
• Drive membership growth and manage intro class experiences.
• Own studio revenue performance including memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Lead onboarding, development, and performance reviews for coaches.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates; manage payroll and timecards.
• Ensure studio operations, scheduling, and facility readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and report repairs promptly.
