Camarillo Fitness (CamFit) in the United States seeks a General Manager to oversee fitness and sales operations, drive membership growth, and create a high-energy, people‑first studio culture. You will lead coaching, manage bookings, and report revenue performance to the Regional Manager.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure class quality, and uphold brand standards while driving community engagement and staff development across the studio.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes in alignment with brand standards.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to signed membership and provide weekly KPI reporting.
• Build and maintain the coaching schedule using MindBody Online and conduct regular check-ins.
