Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead both the fitness and sales functions across CamFit studios. You will coach the team, drive membership growth, manage studio operations, and create a vibrant culture that members and staff want to be part of.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager and will own coaching quality, performance metrics, and community initiatives while upholding brand standards and safety across all sessions.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2–3 years of coaching experience.
• Proven ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes.
• Drive membership growth and member experience.
• Own studio revenue: new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Develop and manage coaching staff, onboarding, and performance.
• Recruit and develop sales associates; oversee front-of-house culture.
• Build a connected studio community and consistent member engagement.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and safety standards; manage operations and maintenance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budget controls; ensure brand and safety compliance.
