Job summary
CamFit is seeking a General Manager to lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, and oversee studio operations at our Augusta, GA location. You will set class delivery standards, monitor safety and engagement, and ensure an exceptional member experience daily.
You will manage coaching quality, sales performance, staff development, and community engagement, reporting to the Regional Business Manager. This role requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership, and the ability to balance
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF‑approved provider.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
- 2–3 years of coaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
- Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
- Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes.
- Maintain a minimum of 15 classes per week.
- Own studio revenue including memberships and retail.
- Execute lead generation and community outreach.
- Develop and manage coaching staff and payroll.
- Oversee studio operations and scheduling.
