Job summary

CamFit is seeking a General Manager to oversee coaching, sales, and studio operations. You will lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, and report to the Regional Business Manager. The role requires strong leadership, sales acumen, and a passion for member experience.

You will manage class delivery, safety, and engagement while building a positive studio culture and a robust talent pipeline. Flexible schedule and on-site work are essential.

Qualifications

• Current fitness certifications and CPR/AED are required.
• Experience leading studio teams and driving revenue.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and deliver high-energy OTF classes, ensuring brand standards.
• Own studio revenue through new memberships, renewals, and retail.
• Drive membership growth and community engagement.
• Oversee operations, scheduling, payroll, and KPI reporting.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates and coaches.
