Job summary

Camarillo Fitness LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee coaching excellence, class delivery, and sales performance at our CamFit studios. You will lead coaching staff, drive membership growth, manage studio operations, and create a culture that motivates members and staff alike.

You will report to the Regional Business Manager and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure top-tier member experiences and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider (e.g., ACSM, ACE PT/GFI, NASM, NSCA, AFAA PT/GFI)
• Current CPR/AED certification
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain
• 2-3 years of coaching experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching excellence and class delivery, maintaining high energy and brand standards.
• Deliver personalized intro experiences for new members and articulate membership prescriptions.
• Own studio revenue performance including new memberships, renewals, and retail, with KPI reporting to leadership.
• Develop and lead coaching staff, manage scheduling, and conduct performance conversations.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates while upholding front‑of‑house standards.
• Ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness across all areas.
