Job summary

CamFit, an Orangetheory Fitness franchise, seeks a General Manager who will oversee coaching, sales, and studio operations to deliver a world-class member experience. You will drive high-energy class delivery, nurture a culture of excellence, and manage growth and profitability across all studio functions.

You will lead a coaching team, drive membership growth, ensure safety and quality in classes, manage schedules, and uphold a welcoming studio culture that motivates both members and staff.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching team and ensure high-energy class delivery.
• Deliver personal coaching minimum 15 classes per week.
• Drive membership growth and revenue through memberships and retail.
• Oversee onboarding, training, and performance conversations for coaches.
• Recruit and develop sales associates; manage front-of-house culture.
• Maintain studio operations, scheduling, and budgets.
