Job summary

CamFit, an Orangetheory Fitness franchise, is seeking a General Manager who will oversee fitness and sales operations, lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, and report to the Regional Business Manager. You will manage studio operations, recruit and develop staff, monitor performance metrics, and ensure a high-energy, member-focused culture across all shifts.

This on-site role requires a flexible schedule, certifications, and a track record in leading teams and achieving revenue goals

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
• 2-3 years of coaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
• Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
• Flexible schedule availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Excellence and Class Delivery: maintain a minimum of 15 classes per week and deliver high-energy OTF classes.
• Intro Class Execution and Membership Conversion: provide personalized intro and recommend the right membership.
• Sales Leadership and Revenue Performance: own studio revenue, lead generation, and weekly KPI reporting.
• Coach Development and Team Leadership: lead coaching team, onboarding, evaluations, and training.
• Studio Operations: manage scheduling, budgets, payroll, inventory, and compliance.
• Community Building: foster a strong studio culture and member engagement.
