Job summary

CamFit in the United States is seeking a General Manager to oversee coaching, sales, and studio operations. You will lead the coaching team, drive membership growth, manage programs, and ensure a high-energy member experience consistent with Orangetheory standards.

The role requires leading by example, delivering top-class coaching, and building a culture that motivates staff and members alike. Flexible schedule and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of coaching experience in fitness.
• Strong sales acumen with revenue responsibility.
• Experience managing studio operations and leading a team.
• Flexible schedule incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Excellence and Class Delivery across all sessions.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 coached classes weekly.
• Deliver high-energy, brand-aligned OTF classes.
• Ensure safety, form, heart-rate zones, and engagement.
• Lead membership growth through intro experiences and conversions.
• Oversee coaching team payroll and scheduling.
