Job summary
Camarillo Fitness (CamFit) is seeking a General Manager to lead both fitness and sales functions, coach the team, and drive membership growth. You will own the studio's operations, budgeting, and culture, reporting to the Regional Business Manager.
The role requires strong leadership, strategic sales skills, and a passion for delivering a world-class member experience. Responsibilities include coaching excellence, intro class execution, revenue performance, and staff development, with daily
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized fitness certification from an OTF-approved provider.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- OTF Coach certification or ability to obtain.
- 2-3 years of coaching experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operations and lead a team.
- Strong sales acumen and comfort managing revenue performance.
- Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
Responsibilities
- Lead coaching team and ensure high-energy OTF class delivery.
- Own studio revenue through new memberships, renewals, and retail.
- Oversee studio operations, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting.
- Implement lead generation, community outreach, and in-studio marketing.
- Provide weekly KPI reporting to Regional Manager.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop sales associates and coaches.
- Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
