Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager for its studio in California. You will oversee all functions from sales to instructors and lead all sales efforts to drive membership growth while preventing attrition.

You will hire, train and manage Sales Associates and direct studio operations. You will use ClubReady to generate revenue and attendance reports, review instructor performance, and enforce policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Associates in sales.
• Ability to manage and drive four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Ensure studio retail/products stocked with accurate inventory counts.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio.
• Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue and attendance reports.
• Review instructor evaluations and mentor or take disciplinary action as needed.
• Make high level customer service decisions independently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio.
• Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures.
• Ensure all forms and studio literature are stocked and visible.
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
