Formación

• 2+ years of retail/service or fitness sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with strong data management and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and networking.
• Drive membership sales and schedule intro classes.
• Manage staff schedules and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire and oversee instructors; oversee studio operations.
• Use ClubReady to generate revenue and attendance reports.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and inventory accuracy.
• Shape marketing campaigns to generate studio leads.
