• Minimum 2+ years in retail/service or fitness sales.
• Proven ability to generate personal sales and train staff.
• Manage four revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and Grass Roots Marketing.
• Drive membership sales and schedule prospects into Intro classes.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/Manage instructors at the studio and review evaluations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure studio readiness.
• Oversee marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote events.
