Riser Fitness, LLC is seeking a General Manager to oversee all studio functions, drive memberships, and lead a team of Sales Associates and instructors. You will manage four revenue streams—memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training—while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 2+ years in fitness or retail sales, be fluent in English, and excel in leadership, communication, and data management.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Studio software and data management tools (ClubReady).
• Ability to recruit, train and supervise Sales Associates and Instructors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking.
• Implement sales processes to convert prospects to Intro classes.
• Ensure studio retail/products remain stocked with accurate counts.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates.
• Hire/manage instructors at the studio.
• Utilize ClubReady for revenue and attendance reporting.
