Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a General Manager for our Milpitas, CA studio to lead sales, drive membership growth, and oversee instructors. This full-time role hires and trains Sales Associates, manages four revenue streams, and ensures top-tier member service in a fast-paced environment.

You will rely on strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with Studio software to optimize studio performance and community engagement. Health benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Associates.
• Manage revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, teacher training.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and Grass Roots Marketing.
• Schedule prospects into Intro classes and close memberships.
• Sell memberships and manage studio retail inventory.
• Train and supervise Sales Associates; hire/manage instructors.
• Use ClubReady for revenue and attendance reports; monitor instructor evaluations.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and organization; enforce policies.
• Schedule networking events and studio promotions; drive marketing campaigns.
