Job summary

Musicologie Lakeway seeks a hands-on Community Manager (Studio General Manager) to lead day-to-day operations on-site. You’ll be the studio’s face during peak hours, handle scheduling, policies, and family communications, and plan recitals and community events.

You’ll drive enrollment and growth by responding quickly to inquiries, onboarding families, and running local marketing. You’ll hire, onboard, coach teachers, keep the studio organized, and ensure payments and data are accurately managed.

Qualifications

• Have customer-facing experience in sales, hospitality, retail management, or similar.
• Communicate well in person, by phone, and in writing.
• Stay organized and calm when juggling multiple tasks.
• Can lead and motivate a team of creative people.
• Pick up new software quickly (studio management system).
• Are motivated by hitting growth targets.
• Bonus: a music background.

Responsibilities

• Studio & family experience: be the studio face during peak hours and handle scheduling, policy questions, and family communications.
• Enrollment & growth: respond quickly to inquiries by phone, text, and email; take families from first contact to first lesson; run local marketing.
• Teacher team: hire, onboard, train, and coach teachers; keep the team engaged and performing.
• Operations: keep the studio running and looking sharp; order supplies, process payments, and ensure data accuracy.
