Job summary

Musicologie Mentor is seeking a Community Manager to lead the on-site studio and foster a welcoming, high-energy environment for students, families, and teachers. This role drives community growth, enrollment, and overall studio success through relationship-building and proactive programs.

You will oversee events, manage daily operations, and guide a team of teachers and staff using our proprietary systems. The position requires afternoon/evening hours and occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, in person, over the phone, and in writing.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the warm, welcoming face of Musicologie.
• Manage inquiries via phone, text, and email.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and coaching of teachers using Musicologie systems.
• Oversee daily studio operations and payments.
