Musicologie Clayton is seeking a Community Manager to lead our on-site studio, welcome families, and drive growth. You will be the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring exceptional experiences for students, parents, and teachers while implementing Musicologie's systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, hospitality, or service.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the warm, welcoming face of the studio and oversee after-school hours.
• Manage scheduling, policies, events, and enrollments.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of teachers.
• Oversee daily studio operations, payments, and merchandise.
