Job summary

Musicologie Katy is seeking a Community Manager (Studio Manager) to lead the on-site studio experience. You will welcome students and parents, coordinate events, and drive enrollment growth while managing daily operations and team performance.

The role starts at $44,000 (based on experience) with incentive pay and health benefits. This is an on-site, full-time position reporting to the Studio Owner.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role like sales, hospitality, or education.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work afternoon/evening hours and some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as warm, welcoming face of Musicologie, especially during peak after-school hours.
• Lead enrollment and scheduling communication, guiding families through the process.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach music teachers using Musicologie systems.
• Oversee daily studio operations, supplies, payments, and data accuracy.
