Job summary

Musicologie seeks a dedicated Community Manager for our Stone Oak studio coming early 2027. You will lead on-site operations, welcome families, coordinate lessons, and foster a vibrant learning community centered on music.

This full-time role reports to the Studio Owner, involves afternoon/evening shifts, event planning, and hiring/training teachers using Musicologie systems and Google Workspace, with opportunities for growth and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Experience in customer-facing roles and event planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and welcome families and students.
• Oversee enrollment processes and scheduling in our system.
• Plan and host community events and student concerts.
• Hire, onboard, train, and coach teachers using our systems.
• Manage daily studio operations, payments, and inventory.
