Job summary

Responsibilities

• Be the on-site leadership point for the studio, creating a welcoming experience for students, families and teachers.
• Handle inquiries and guide families through enrollment using the proprietary system.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of music teachers.
• Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, events and payments.
