Musicologie Scottsdale is seeking a Community Manager to lead our on-site studio and vibrant community. You will be the welcoming face for students, families, and teachers, driving growth, satisfaction, and a dynamic learning environment.

You will manage enrollment inquiries, coordinate events, oversee studio operations and payments, and train staff using our proprietary systems. This role is on-site and focused on building a supportive, high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site studio and community experience, especially during peak hours.
• Manage enrollment inquiries and guide families through the process.

• Oversee daily studio operations, payments, and inventory.
• Plan and execute community events and student concerts.
