Responsibilities

• Lead on-site operations and create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment.
• Manage student inquiries, enrollment processes, and scheduling communications.
• Coordinate events and student concerts to foster community growth.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of teachers and staff.
• Handle daily studio operations, payments, and data accuracy.
